Henkel Philippines is seeking a Sales Controlling Analyst to ensure accuracy and efficiency of sales controlling processes. You will support rebates, commissions, master data, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales and finance.

You will provide BI reporting and ad hoc analysis, contributing to process improvements and reliable financial insight. The role follows a mid‑shift hybrid schedule in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting/finance or analytical roles.
• Knowledge of rebates, commissions, financial analysis, and controls.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel and BI reporting tools for analysis.
• Hybrid work in Ayala Avenue, Makati; mid-shift schedule 3:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Responsibilities

About this Position

As a Sales Controlling Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the commercial performance of the business by ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of key sales controlling processes. You will be part of a collaborative and international team that works closely with sales, finance, and business stakeholders across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both ongoing operations and process improvement initiatives, combining analytical thinking with cross‑functional partnership. Success in this position comes from maintaining high standards of accuracy, building strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance processes and deliver greater value to the business.

What You´ll Do

• Calculate and process customer rebates while ensuring all related requirements are completed accurately and on time
• Support the execution and administration of third‑party commission processes
• Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy and data integrity
• Collaborate closely with regional controllers, sales teams, and other business functions to support operational and financial activities
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support using Sales Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Assist the team in delivering annual projects, key deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role
• Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business processes; Hands‑on experience with customer rebates, commissions, financial analysis, accounting processes, or financial controls
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to identifying risks, engaging stakeholders, and delivering practical business solutions
• Intermediate to Advanced SAP and Excel skills (Power Pivot, VBA, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros); Experience using BI/reporting tools such as Sales BI and/or Power BI for reporting and analysis
• Amenable to work on a mid‑shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set‑up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
