Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Administration & Development

• Manage, maintain, and update all WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to ensure full functionality, security, and performance.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to business needs.
• Configure and manage staging, backup, and deployment environments for safe and controlled updates.
• Monitor site health, resolve technical issues, manage uptime, and implement proactive performance optimizations (caching, lazy loading, CDN configuration, etc.).

Webmaster Duties

• Serve as the primary webmaster for multiple websites, overseeing domain, hosting, SSL, DNS, and CDN configurations.
• Ensure website security through regular scans, firewall management, and timely plugin/theme/core updates.
• Track website analytics and technical SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party monitors.
• Manage redirects, sitemaps, robots .txt, and indexation to maintain search visibility and compliance.

Web Design & Front-End Development

• Ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness across all web properties.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to turn visual concepts into pixel-perfect designs.
• Optimize UI/UX for conversion, navigation flow, page speed, and user engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Media, Design, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer, Webmaster, and/or Web Designer.
• Expert-level proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.

• Integration experience with marketing platforms e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce plugins.
• Knowledge of performance optimization tools PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Lighthouse
