Job summary

New Media Services, Pty. Ltd. in Phili ppines is seeking a Senior/Lead Video Editor to lead projects from concept to final delivery. You will handle both long-form content for YouTube and short-form formats for Reels/TikTok, while shaping visuals with motion graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. You will manage editors, ensure quality, meet deadlines, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior/Lead Video Editor (or similar role).
• Strong skills in long-form editing (YouTube, interviews, podcasts, webinars) and short-form editing (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
• Knowledgeable in motion graphics and video storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and/or account managers about briefs, deliverables, deadlines, and revisions.
• Lead video editing projects from start to final delivery.
• Assign tasks to other editors and manage workload/priorities.
• Review and quality-check other editors’ outputs (pacing, audio, graphics, specs, brand style).
• Edit both long-form and short-form videos personally when needed.
• Create or enhance motion graphics (titles, captions, lower thirds, transitions).
• Keep projects organized (folders, naming, version control) and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Track revisions and make sure all feedback is applied correctly before final export.
