Job summary

Adani Transmission is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead concept, basic and detail engineering of utility systems for mine projects. You will prepare PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings, BOMs, presentations, and technical reports, and support EPC tender processes.

The role involves vendor discussions for equipment, value engineering, and interface coordination with other departments. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and hydraulic calculation tools is required, with 5–7 years of utility design

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in utility design.
• Experience in water supply, distribution, and mining utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Concept/Basic/Detail engineering of utility systems for mine projects.
• Prepare PFD, P&ID, GA drawings, BOMs, reports and presentations.
• Prepare water balance report, load list, design basis, and civil inputs.
• Prepare technical specifications for bought-out items and EPC tender prep.
• Vendor discussions for mechanical equipment and new technologies.
• Value engineering and interface coordination with other departments.
• Use MS Office and AutoCAD; hydraulic calculation software like Pipenet.
