Job summary

Smart Communications is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead incident investigation and coordination across the security program. You will conduct end-to-end investigations, collect evidence, analyze root causes, and document findings to support remediation and resilience.

Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to stay current with threats, apply lessons learned, and contribute to executive reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years of cybersecurity incident investigation experience.
• Hands-on root cause analysis and digital forensics expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end cyber investigations with evidence collection and documentation.
• Analyze findings to support remediation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports for senior management and maintain audit-ready records.
