Job summary

Acbel PolyTech (Phils.) Inc. is hiring a Test Engineering Supervisor to lead the Test Engineering team in our Laguna manufacturing facility.

You will oversee engineers and technicians, guiding the development and support of ATE software, and ensuring efficient testing processes and product quality. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer, or electrical engineering.
Minimum 4 years in Test Engineering, Automation, or ATE software development.
1–2 years supervising engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Test Engineers and Technicians in developing and supporting ATE software.
Develop, maintain, and improve ATE applications for calibration, functional, monitoring, and diagnostic testing.
Coordinate with Taiwan R&D and Firmware teams to deploy testing solutions at Laguna site.
Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and administer existing ATE systems.
Ensure test systems meet customer specs, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Provide coaching, performance management, and drive continuous improvement in testing.
