The Lead Specialist - Web Experience will be responsible for digital content and functionality for Copeland across all websites, including Optimizely sites and WordPress sites. This individual will help maintain and test the digital elements and components on these web domains. This role requires close collaboration and communication with the Marketing Directors and Managers, Platform Marketing and IT about the successes and failures of development deployments to Copeland web domains.

MAIN DUTIES (50%)

• Page creation, maintenance and auditing as deemed necessary.
• Continuous support and recommendations on website governance through site, page and asset analysis, page publication and site structure
• Work closely with Digital Marketing Managers to strategize and implement digital initiative for Commercial and Residential solutions.
• Assist Platform Digital Marketing Team in Page maintenance, creation & auditing as deemed necessary
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – as managed by Web Content Specialist. Search result management & improvement

ANALYTICS (25%)

• Analytics reporting and insight mining (web analytics and campaign reporting) – looking for exceptional proficiency in web analytics and quantitative reporting.
• Creation of dashboard for website health and digital projects.

TRANSLATIONS (5%)

• Assist in loading pages, components, and assets of the pages into the Translation workflow as deemed necessary.
• Assist in auditing translated pages

WEB EXPERIMENTATION AND PERSONALIZATION (15%)

• Assist in deploying A/B testing and personalization efforts on the website
• Monitor metrics and provide insights on testing results

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS (5%)

• Others – All tasks requested by Manila Management
• Controlling, checking, reviewing and submission to workflow of all process documents of Manila Marketing
• Daily logs and summary of all activities per month
• Attend Manila‑initiated communications meeting
• Participate in Manila‑initiated trainings, as needed

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Marketing, Information Technology, or any related course
• With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience on web editing

WORK CONDITIONS

• We have a hybrid setup and we work on‑site for thrice a week
• This role will follow a mid shift schedule (2pm - 11pm)
• Might need to work overtime on weekends (once or twice per year)
