ERNI Schweiz AG is a Swiss software development company with a global footprint, expanding in Asia Pacific. The role drives technical leadership across GEMS and client ecosystems, shaping scalable, secure solutions and guiding daily execution within cross-functional teams.

You will lead architecture, design robust integrations, and support monthly releases while coordinating with business stakeholders and engineers. Hybrid onsite work in Ortigas area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product leadership and solution architecture.
• Certifications: Power BI Data Analyst, Fabric Analytics Engineer, Power Platform/Dynamics 365, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF Practitioner.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical coordination between GEMS, ITD and client ecosystem, defining a scalable technical vision.

What are our wishes?

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role and proven expertise in product leadership and solution architecture. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Fabric Analytics Engineer, Power Platform (Power Apps)/Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform (Power Apps)/Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert; plus TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner.

Architecture & Development: Experience in RIP (Right Integration Pattern), Microservices Architecture, DigiVision/Abacus Enterprise Architecture, business process re-engineering, and designing scalable, robust solutions aligned with business objectives. Strong understanding of SDLC, product management methodologies, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture frameworks, and integration strategies. Experience with Azure DevOps, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.

Client Specialized Platforms: At least 2 years of experience using and administering Moody’s Analytics tools, including CreditLens, ORM Rating Models, Collaborative Analytics Platform, CreditLens Studio, and DevExpress Reporting Tool; plus at least 1 year of experience using and reporting with Loan IQ. Microsoft & Integration Technologies: At least 3 years of experience configuring and developing Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and 3 years of experience using HIP (Hybrid Integration Platform). Proficiency in emerging technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, Chatbot, and blockchain.

Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to complex business challenges. Proficiency in business analysis elicitation and analysis techniques, with a basic understanding of the technologies used and an Agile mindset. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, large information-based organizations, and senior stakeholders across diverse cultures and business environments.

How can you contribute to the team?

Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead technical coordination between Gender Equality Management System (GEMS), ITD teams, and business, vendor, and technical counterparts across client’s ecosystem. Define a secure, scalable, business-aligned technical vision while guiding daily team execution, code quality, and hands-on software development.

Product Design & Engineering: Lead GEMS enhancements and integrations, ensuring scope and technical solutions support business case preparation and successful monthly releases.

Provide technical support throughout design and engineering, align product workstreams, and prevent architectural and integration gaps between GEMS and other systems.

Scrum Coordination & Production Support: Participate in GEMS Scrum activities and business-initiated events. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to prepare Technical User Stories in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Change Advisory Board (CAB) documentation for every production deployment.

Lead production incident tracking, monitoring, and coordination with GEMS L2 for root cause analysis and bug fixes, maintaining AskIT updates as the GEMS L2 Support focal point.

Architecture Strategy & Governance: Define high-level system designs and integrations aligned with business goals. Deliver architecture artifacts covering business, application, information, innovation, integration, technology, and security layers; develop reference architectures for business lines; ensure governance reviews of deliverables and POCs under the ITD Product Delivery Guide (PDG); conduct mandatory client architecture principle checks; and present artifacts and agendas on time to the Product Design & Engineering Group.

System Design & Development: Lead system design and updates following industry best practices, covering business, information, application, integration, security infrastructure, and solution architectures.

Translate functional requirements into technical designs and build solutions using Container Apps, Azure VNET/Subnet, Keys, Private Access, AIM, Cosmos DB, and Power BI Services.

Development Standards & Innovation: Develop reusable frameworks, software programs, and shared-service standards that improve maintainability, accelerate enhancements, simplify defect resolution, and reduce downtime and operational risks.

Implement automated workflows using low-code/no-code tools such as Power Automate, research emerging technologies for the GEMS product roadmap, and deliver other outputs required during product design and engineering.

Data Management & Business Intelligence: Lead data warehouse and BI/analytics implementation, data management, migration, validation, analysis, and insights. Use Power BI and other AI tools to connect, clean, model, and visualize raw data into interactive dashboards and reports.

Work Arrangement Hybrid, to report onsite in client’s office in Ortigas 3x/week. Work Schedule is from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.
