Job summary

This role emphasizes automation expansion, root cause analysis, and guidance to junior testers. You will work with APIs, web services, and modern digital platforms while delivering reliable, scalable testing and certifications for client-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Digital fluency and ability to work with emerging technologies (e.g., AI tooling).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equal for other paths.
• Experience in payments or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads test strategy, solution validation, and delivery across projects.
• Provides oversight to testing and quality activities across products.
• Owns testing readiness for assigned initiatives and ensures client outcomes.
• Designs and reviews test approaches, artifacts, and validation with stakeholders.
• Drives root cause analysis and implements preventative measures.
