Job summary

Nike in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to translate business needs into scalable designs for IBP solutions, with hands-on implementation across the full lifecycle and mentoring a small team.

You will lead architecture decisions, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and drive DevOps and CI/CD while delivering multi-geo, multi-module planning tools using O9.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architecture, design, and development across IBP domains.
• Expert in O9 Assortment, Demand or Supply planning; exposure to SAP IBP/Kinaxis is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of planning algorithms, forecasting models, solvers, and data domains.
• Experience with ML-based forecasting and AI development environments.
• Hands-on with SQL/PLSQL, data analysis, and cloud engineering.
• Java/Python, databases, Git/SVN; DevOps/CI-CD (Jenkins preferred).
• Strong Agile/Scrum leadership and mentoring of 3–4 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-build-test-deploy cycles and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Champion DevOps automation and CI/CD across multi-geo deployments.
• Guide teams through ambiguity and drive engineering standards up.
