Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking a senior SAP IBP professional to join our global delivery team. You will lead end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning initiatives, validate process maps, and run fit-to-standard workshops to ensure scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the industry, hands-on SAP IBP with multiple full-cycle implementations, and strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional industry experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Solid exposure to SAP modules including MM, SD, and APO (highly regarded).
• Extensive experience in Demand and Supply Planning.
• Proven S&OP expertise.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Creating / validating process maps.
• Running fit to standard workshops.
• Configuration, functional specification and test case documentation.
• Performing system configuration and Unit Tests.
• Execution of test cases.
• Providing status and planning input to program leadership.
