Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
• At least 5 years of working experience in construction, preferably housing or horizontal.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Preferably residing in East Metro.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and contractors.
• Manage contractor concerns and resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, quality standards, and timelines.
