Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Specialist/Team Lead to design, implement, and optimize SIEM and SOAR capabilities while mentoring engineers and transforming security operations.

You will lead SIEM architecture, build advanced detection and automation, and collaborate with SOC and incident response teams to improve threat detection and response times. Hybrid work and Cubao office are available.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on SIEM/SOAR expertise.
• Experience leading small teams, workstreams, or engineering initiatives.
• SOC experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of SIEM capabilities.
• Lead development of automated SOAR playbooks and orchestration workflows.
• Mentor and coach security engineers and analysts; ensure best practices.
