Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years in semiconductor packaging and assembly engineering.
• Strong leadership in complex projects and decision making.
• Experience with quality tools and advanced problem solving.
• Proven guidance across multi-function teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex packaging projects on time and within budget.
• Provide expert guidance on package design and assembly processes.
• Develop and update bonding diagrams and design rules.
• Lead BOM selection and qualification strategies for cost and manufacturability.
• Oversee data reviews and robust decision making.
• Mentor junior engineers and align with cross-functional teams.
