Qualifications

• 10+ years in the power semiconductors field or a master's degree plus 5+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• Must be able to multi-task effectively.
• Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and reliability for assembly manufacturing.
• Coordinate with customers and product development teams.
• Perform data analysis and prepare customer reports.
• Define and manage NPD quality requirements.
• Conduct risk and reliability assessments.
