J-K Network Services is seeking a Production Quality Supervisor for an on-site role in Cebu. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field. The position emphasizes validation leadership, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include leading validation projects (OQ/PQ), ensuring documentation accuracy, and coordinating training to maintain staff competency with ISO 13485 and MDSAP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
• Extensive background in validation, quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and leadership.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP standards.
• Strong communication, documentation, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise validation engineers and staff performing process validation activities.
• Plan, organize, and manage validation projects, including OQ and PQ tasks.
• Prepare, review, and approve validation protocols, reports, and related documentation to ensure compliance.
• Align QMS processes with ISO 13485 and MDSAP requirements.
• Monitor product registration status and oversee timely certification renewals.
• Develop and implement training programs to maintain staff competency and regulatory compliance.
