Job summary

BetaNXT is seeking a Lead Associate, Quality Assurance and Engineering to guide quality across a data-centric platform. You will own test strategy, shape automation standards, and ensure scalable, reliable delivery in a hybrid, multi‑team environment.

You'll partner with developers, product owners, and other QEs to build robust test plans, validate Snowflake data, REST APIs, and ETL/ELT pipelines, and drive continuous improvement across the QA function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience testing complex web applications.
• Strong SQL skills and Snowflake experience.
• Experience with API testing and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Own testing strategy and quality gates for Scrum teams.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression tests.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for APIs and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QEs.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
