Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee complex, high-value construction projects, from conception to completion, across our development portfolio.

You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality and safety standards are met while delivering projects that align with client objectives and strategic assets.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years construction, development, and mission critical industry experience.
• Proven track record of successful fit out and construction project delivery.
• Industry recognized professional qualification (e.g., PMP, MSP, ICE, or similar).
• Industry training in contracts and procurement.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, regulatory bodies and contractors to deliver project management duties.

Education

Bachelor’s and advanced degree in project management / construction / civil / mechanical / electrical engineering
