The Lead Project Manager is an individual contributor role and is responsible for enabling successful project execution across the Global Capability Center (GCC) by coordinating delivery with Project and Engagement Managers, local Manila managers, and Community Leads. The role provides governance, oversight, and leadership across the project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

The role acts as the primary focal point for project governance and delivery, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and reporting to Global Functional Leaders and the Site General Manager.

Key stakeholders:

Internal: Site General Manager, Community Leads, Global Functional Business Heads, Engagement Project Leads, Enablement Spine Individuals, Subject Matter Experts

External: Customers and Client Stakeholders, Delivery Partners, Vendors and Third-Party Service Providers

Role Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Overall responsibility and accountability for managing multiple project demands, priorities, and delivery commitments across the GCC.
• Define project charters, scope, objectives, success measures, and delivery plans.
• Identify, monitor, mitigate, and escalation emerging risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Liaise and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with Global Functional Leaders, Tower Leads, Engagement Leads, SMEs, and Site Leadership.
• Ensure alignment of expectations, priorities, objectives, and project outcomes across all parties.
• Facilitate governance forums, decision-making discussions, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Governance, Reporting Controls

• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and delivery controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present monthly reports, KPI dashboards, portfolio updates, project status reports, and issue/risk registers.
• Monitor project performance, milestones, dependencies, and resource utilization against agreed targets.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and reporting requirements.

Change Management & Communication

• Own and manage project communications, stakeholder updates, and change management activities.
• Drive awareness, readiness, and adoption of project outcomes across impacted teams.
• Ensure timely communication of project progress, decisions, risks, issues, and key milestones.
• Support effective transition planning and organizational change initiatives associated with project delivery.

Project Closure & Transition

• Undertake project closure activities in accordance with defined closure requirements and governance standards.
• Facilitate lessons learned reviews and capture improvement opportunities.
• Ensure successful transition of deliverables into business operations and support structures.
• Validate achievement of project objectives, benefits realization, and stakeholder acceptance

• Prior experience working in solution design environments and conducting discovery, planning, or workshop activities.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery disciplines.
• Experience developing project charters, project plans, governance artifacts, and delivery roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, program management, delivery leadership, PMO, or related roles, including management of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, project lifecycle management, and delivery best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, scope management, risk management, stakeholder management, budgeting, & resource planning.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and lead teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and transforming environment
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional, and customer-facing environments is preferred.
