Job summary

K-Metart Enterprises Inc. in the Philippines is hiring a Production Manager to lead our stainless steel fabrication operations. You will align site teams with production priorities, drive reliability, quality, safety, and resource planning across shifts.

You will champion Lean and CBS principles, oversee safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with Maintenance, HR, Purchasing, and Accounting to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures and operational discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-shift teams.
• Experience handling processes involving hazardous substances.
• Proficient with ERP systems, work management processes (WMP), production scheduling, and maintenance prioritization tools.
• Knowledge of Lean daily management, visual management, Tier meetings, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to lead change and partner with Maintenance, Reliability, Technical, and EHS teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, environmentally compliant, and reliable operation of process equipment and systems.
• Serve as the primary Operations point of contact for production priorities, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
• Coordinate daily and weekly production activities to safely meet plans and customer requirements.
• Provide operational leadership across multiple shifts and drive accountability.
• Promote operational discipline through standard work, procedures, and handovers.
• Monitor performance across safety, environmental, quality, reliability, cost, and schedule metrics.
• Develop and execute short- and mid-term operational plans with multiple departments.
• Support capital projects and Readiness to Operate activities.
• Lead incident investigations, MOC, PHA, audits, and closure.
• Champion Lean/CBS through daily management and structured problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, productivity, and profitability.
