Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Develop play-based early childhood programs tailored to 0–4 years.
• Organize environments to promote curiosity and independence.
• Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning styles.
• Write narrative development reports for parents.
• Provide nurturing care during routines (feeding, diapering, hygiene).
• Maintain open communication with parents and families.
