Job summary

Prudential is seeking an Operational Resilience Lead to drive the implementation and ongoing enhancement of its resilience framework in alignment with policy and local governance. You will oversee critical services, dependencies, testing, and incident learning to ensure tolerance breaches are avoided.

The role requires coordinating with governance, service owners, and risk functions to deliver effective resilience plans and regulatory-compliant outcomes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Operational Resilience framework in line with policy, standards, and local governance.
• Coordinate governance approvals for critical services, tolerance levels, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
• Identify vulnerabilities, single points of failure, and recovery gaps across services and dependencies.
• Design, plan, and facilitate scenario testing to ensure services stay within approved tolerances.
• Support incident learning and crisis management by providing impact assessments and dependency insights.
• Coordinate self-assessments, MI dashboards, and governance documentation for resilience governance.
