Genfinity Philippines seeks a Nurse Case Management Support Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily operations for Nurse Case Management services serving U.S. clients. You will ensure quality, timeliness, compliance, escalation handling, and workflow consistency for teams supporting case managers on workers’ compensation claims.

Ideal candidate holds an active nursing license in the Philippines and the mainland U.S., with 3+ years in U.S. healthcare and 2+ years in lead, supervisory or training roles.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the Philippines and in the mainland U.S.
• 3+ years supporting U.S. healthcare
• 2+ years in lead, supervisory, quality review, training, or team coordination
• Experience in workers’ compensation or case management preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching for Nurse Case Management Support Nurses.
• Monitor queues, assignments, turnaround times, and documentation quality.
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements and internal protocols.
• Audit case documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate training for new hires and ongoing competency development.
• Partner with Case Managers to resolve workflow barriers and improve processes.
• Identify trends and recommend changes to strengthen efficiency and quality.
