New Era Technology PH is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to drive the migration of enterprise network infrastructure from Cisco to Fortinet and Juniper. You will act as the technical escalation point for deployment issues and lead change management across large-scale projects at multiple sites.

This permanent, full-time role is onsite in EST hours, offering a collaborative environment, hands-on Fortinet and Juniper experience, and opportunities to mentor teams and improve network processes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on Fortinet FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
• Strong Juniper switching and wireless experience.
• Good understanding of Cisco networking to support migration activities.
• Experience managing change controls in ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting across routing, switching, wireless, and security.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-site deployment environments.
• Ability to lead technical troubleshooting and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex deployment and migration issues.
• Troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, Juniper switches, wireless solutions, and Cisco environments during cutovers.
• Provide technical guidance and root-cause analysis to implementation teams.
• Manage network-related change controls within ServiceNow.
• Create and review change requests to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Configure, deploy, and optimize Fortinet and Juniper devices.
• Support migration activities including staging, validation, cutovers, and post-deployment tuning.
• Maintain network documentation, standards and runbooks.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
