DigitalTolk is hiring a Lead Mobile Developer to steer our mobile engineering efforts in a fully remote, international team. You’ll lead Vue.js/Capacitor apps for iOS and Android, mentor developers, and own releases across App Store and Google Play.

You will contribute to native iOS/Swift and Android/Java or Kotlin as needed, while integrating REST APIs, Redux/Context, and modern CI/CD workflows. Join us to influence product, design, and backend collaboration in a globally distributed setup.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Vue.js/React Native.
• Solid experience developing native iOS applications using Swift.
• Experience developing Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools, especially Claude.
• Previous experience leading projects or mentoring developers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and maintenance of Vue.js/Capacitor applications for iOS and Android.
• Build new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure apps remain stable and performant.
• Contribute to native development using Swift and Java/Kotlin when required.
• Own mobile releases, including App Store and Google Play submissions.
• Monitor application health using Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics.
• Investigate and resolve production issues quickly.
• Review code, mentor other developers, and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineers throughout development.
• Improve development, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Use AI tools like Claude to assist development, debugging, documentation, and code reviews.
