Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Technologist
• Preferably with Masteral Degree
• At least seven (7) years of experience as Medical Technologist in a tertiary hospital
• At least five (5) years in a managerial capacity

Responsibilities

• Assists the Head, Pathology & Laboratories, Operations Manager, and Operations Cluster Head in implementing the department and hospital business guidelines.
• Reviews policies & procedures with the team, monitors safety and quality initiatives, and ensures compliance with standards set by the hospital and local laws
