Allegro MicroSystems in the Philippines invites a Lead Manufacturing Product Engineer to architect and implement next‑generation intelligent automation and AI‑driven solutions across our manufacturing operations.

You will help ensure world‑class efficiency, quality, and predictive insights for our sensor and power ICs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless product releases and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent semicon experience.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) repair and product/equipment characterization utilizing basic statistical methods and SPC
• Knowledge on the use of advanced statistical techniques for machine assessments such as MSA and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end automation and data‑driven solutions; build predictive ML models and deploy AI systems to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Drive process excellence: estimate costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling for new product introductions (NPI).
• Lead digital transformation: act as technical lead for cross‑functional projects and coordinate with Design Engineering for product releases.
• System integration & governance: integrate automation tools, cloud platforms, and AI pipelines with cybersecurity standards and Change Management Board submissions.
• Ensure operational stability: conduct UAT with end users and develop training materials; update major technical documentation.
