Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience collecting and compiling performance data for machine/system operations.
• Ability to prepare and communicate daily progress and escalation notes.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance and site readiness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to vertical leads on day-to-day activities to ensure quality and timelines.
• Collect data for machine/system performance and daily reporting to clients and GRIL management.
• Maintain equipment, ensure zero-breakdown of machines/systems, and deploy right machines on site.
• Review site schedule with project team and senior management through daily progress reports.
• Raise timely escalations to minimize delays and identify opportunities to reduce TAT.
• Provide daily progress to Vertical Lead – P&E and coordinate with involved personnel.
