Job summary

Riverbanks Center is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep of all mechanical systems and building facilities in Riverbanks Center, Marikina. You will plan, prepare, designate and schedule maintenance activities and supervise daily operations to meet customer satisfaction and company goals.

Ideal candidate is a BS Mechanical Engineer, licensed, with 3–5 years in maintenance operations; mall operations is a plus.

Qualifications

BS Mechanical Engineering graduate with good scholastic records.
Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
3–5 years in maintenance operations; mall operations is an advantage.
Experience in trouble shooting and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration operations, generator sets, pumps, cooling towers, chillers, and all mechanical tools and equipment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, very organized, flexible, and can handle work pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Willing to work in Marikina.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the upkeep of all assigned equipment and building facility in Riverbanks Center.
He plans, prepares, designates and schedules the maintenance activities on his section.
He supervises daily operations of his section and applies the means to achieve customer satisfaction and to ensure that organizational goals are met.
