Job summary

Building Material Distributors, Inc. is seeking a residential appliance installer to join our field team in Davao City.

You will install luxury brand appliances in customers' homes, following manufacturer specifications and company quality standards. You will lead a two-person crew, handle hookups for electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation, test appliances, document job status, and protect customer property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential appliance installation experience.
• Ability to independently install and troubleshoot appliances per manufacturer specs.
• Experience with electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation connections.
• Proficient with common hand and power tools.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Construction, remodeling, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or related skilled trade experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install luxury brand appliances in customers' homes per manufacturer specs.
• Lead a two-person installation team while delivering excellent customer service.
• Unload, position, connect, test, and demonstrate appliances to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot routine installation challenges and propose effective field solutions.
• Protect customer property by keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Complete installation documentation and communicate job status promptly.
• Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and professionally.
