Job summary

Building Material Distributors, Inc. is seeking a residential appliance installer to join our field team in Davao City.

You will install luxury brand appliances in customers' homes, following manufacturer specifications and company quality standards. You will lead a two-person crew, handle hookups for electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation, test appliances, document job status, and protect customer property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential appliance installation experience.
• Ability to independently install and troubleshoot appliances per manufacturer specs.
• Experience with electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation connections.
• Proficient with common hand and power tools.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Construction, remodeling, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or related skilled trade experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Install luxury brand appliances in customers' homes according to manufacturer specifications and Company quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation connections.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency using common hand and power tools.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 pounds using proper lifting techniques and material-handling equipment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
