IKEA Philippines is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader who will guide a large kitchen team to deliver consistent food quality, manage production plans, and ensure orders are prepared on time while maintaining the IKEA food standard and welcoming dining experience.

You will lead daily briefings, coach staff on recipes and portion control, uphold HACCP practices, collaborate with restaurant and logistics, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace where the IKEA culture thrives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing a large team in fast-paced food/retail.
• Experience with KPI-driven action plans and knowledge of food safety (HACCP).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead, train, and cooperate with others.
• Sales-driven mindset with cost awareness; passion for food and people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large kitchen team to meet daily production targets and maintain food safety.
• Coordinate daily kitchen production to align with forecasts, recipes, and portion standards.
• Coach staff on cooking procedures, recipes, portion control, and safe equipment use.
• Ensure HACCP compliance, proper labeling, allergen management, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with restaurant, logistics, maintenance, and other functions to support IKEA Food promotions and events.
