Job summary

Novare Philippines Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to act as a liaison among stakeholders, elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems.

You will analyze problems, document data, and recommend solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years in application development as BA/SA/tester, strong English skills, and a willingness to work in BGC on a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Preferably with previous insurance project experience.
• Experience in data analysis is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Development as Business Analyst, System Analyst, developers, or testers.
• Excellent in English speaking and writing.
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as clients, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects.
• Must be willing to work in BGC, on a hybrid work setup.
• Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized.
