Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a senior Hydraulics Engineer to lead the hydraulics service design for building systems. You will supervise the hydraulics engineering team and ensure designs meet client expectations and regulatory standards. Strong coordination with authorities and multidisciplinary teams is essential.

You will develop and deliver high-level technical reports, manage project scope, and mentor junior staff while applying robust QA and OH&S practices on projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Sanitary/Hydraulics.
• Board Passer/PSSE is a plus.
• 8+ years in a hydraulic/sanitary design role.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulics service design for building systems.
• Supervise hydraulics engineering team.
• Ensure designs meet client and country standards.
• Coordinate with local authorities for approvals where needed.
• Maintain records of drawings per QA procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare high-level technical reports and reviews.
• Lead medium-size multidisciplinary projects.
