Job summary

WSP, Philippines, seeks a Senior Hydraulics Design Engineer to lead the hydraulics team and deliver building services designs for diverse projects. You will manage project objectives, supervise engineers, and ensure designs comply with local and international standards.

The role requires a Bachelor in Hydraulics Engineering with 10+ years of experience, knowledge of drainage, water systems, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong leadership and QA/OH&S expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Hydraulics Engineering.
• Board Passer for Registered Hydraulics Engineer (PSSE) is a plus.
• Senior Hydraulics Design Engineer – At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge in hydraulics drainage & vent systems, cold & hot water systems, stormwater drainage.
• Rainwater recycling, trade systems and gas systems.
• AutoCAD and Revit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design hydraulics service design of building services and associated systems.
• Lead and supervise the Hydraulics Engineering team in implementing project objectives.
• Ensure client designs meet acceptable standards for each country of origin.
• Liaise with local supply authorities to gain approvals where necessary.
• Manage and maintain records of all drawings per QA procedures.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Prepare high level technical reports and review medium size project reports.
• Lead medium sized multi-discipline projects.
