Job summary

HDEC-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE is seeking a Hydraulic Equipment Foreman to supervise inspection, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic systems and heavy equipment at our Laguna site. You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate with operators, and ensure repairs meet safety and efficiency standards.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, on-site leadership, and the ability to manage priorities in demanding conditions, while upholding safety protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hydraulic Equipment Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and heavy equipment.
• Experience supervising mechanics or maintenance personnel.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• TESDA NC II or related certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite and in demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hydraulic mechanics and equipment maintenance activities
• Inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components
• Assign tasks and monitor work progress
• Check repairs and ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Coordinate with operators and other site teams
