Job summary

HDEC-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE is seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to supervise carpentry work and lead a team on construction projects. You will be responsible for delegating daily tasks, reading plans, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.

The role requires a strong background in carpentry, leadership and effective communication, and the ability to read construction plans while coordinating with project managers and other trades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman or Lead Carpenter.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry and construction methods.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction plans.
• Ability to manage a team and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to carpenters
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements
