Job summary

Yatira Construction Inc seeks an experienced Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of heavy machinery and construction equipment.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Automotive Technology (TESDA NC II/NC III a plus) with 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and possess strong diagnostics of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Technology or related field.
• TESDA NC II/NC III certification is a strong plus.
• 3-5 years hands-on heavy machinery maintenance experience; 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong diagnostic knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment mechanics.
