Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to lead the Clark-based design team while driving high-impact marketing and corporate assets across print, digital, web, video, and AI-powered channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional design experience.
• Experience leading or managing a small team of designers.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of print production and digital/web design processes.
• Demonstrated experience in video creation and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience managing creative projects from concept through delivery with timelines and budgets.

• Design and produce marketing and corporate collateral including brochures, newsletters, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, signage, and banners.

How You'll Shine

As our Lead Graphic Designer, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Graphic Designers, ensuring quality, consistency, and creative excellence across all deliverables.
• Design and produce marketing and corporate collateral including brochures, newsletters, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, signage, invitations, banners, and other branded materials.
• Create compelling video content from concept development and storyboarding through editing and final production.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance efficiency, ideation, and workflow innovation.
• Maintain and champion brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that achieve business objectives while maintaining exceptional design standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience within a design studio, creative agency, in-house creative team, or similar environment.
• Proven experience leading or managing a small team of designers.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of both print production and digital/web design processes.
• Demonstrated experience in video creation and editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience managing creative projects from concept through delivery while balancing timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
