Shore360, a 100% Australian-owned BP firm in the Philippines, seeks a versatile Full-Stack Web Developer to maintain, improve, and develop web platforms supporting consumer lead-generation and lead-management operations. This hands-on role covers WordPress, PHP applications, integrations, databases, and Docker-based infrastructure across public sites and internal portals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PHP/WordPress development experience.
• Experience maintaining existing or legacy PHP applications.
• Strong experience with WordPress development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Elementor and Gravity Forms.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web fundamentals.
• Experience with MySQL/MariaDB and Docker.
• Ability to investigate complex bugs across stack.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop multiple WordPress-based lead-generation sites.
• Develop PHP-based lead-management systems and supplier portals.
• Support integrations between websites, CRM systems, and external services.
• Maintain Docker-based development environments and CI/CD workflows.
• Test upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Write and review SQL queries; support database migrations.
• Ensure security and proper credential management practices.
• Document changes and participate in code reviews.
