Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati seeks a Food Auditor to lead and perform third-party food safety audits across production, catering, and hospitality clients. This onsite role requires coordinating audit cycles, preparing documentation, and engaging with customers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Food Tech or Chemistry, 5+ years in relevant fields, leadership experience, and strong English communication; IRCA/JRCA Lead Auditor is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, QA or food safety.
• Experience in food service, catering or hotel operations.
• Leadership or people management experience.
• IRCA/JRCA Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full third-party audit cycles as team member or team leader.
• Perform desk reviews and prepare audit checklists and itineraries.
• Execute on-site audits in line with standards.
• Prepare and submit audit reports and documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries on food safety standards.
• Deliver and customize food safety training programs.
• Provide coaching to junior auditors.
• Ensure compliance with QHSEE policies and workplace safety standards.
