Job summary

ADM in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Feed Mill to lead daily operations, drive safety and quality, and coordinate maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma required with 3-5 years in feed mill or animal feed manufacturing operations.
• Supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of feed manufacturing processes and pelleting operations.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and feed safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end feed manufacturing operations, including raw material receiving, grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, crumbling, and bagging.
• Ensure production meets volume, quality, formulation, and delivery targets.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate production changeovers.
• Minimize downtime, waste, rework, and material losses.
• Lead and supervise production operators and support personnel.
• Plan shift manpower, conduct shift handovers, and allocate tasks effectively.
• Train employees on SOPs, equipment operation, feed safety, and housekeeping.
• Promote accountability, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing to ensure raw material availability.
• Track inventory usage, FIFO, product segregation; support maintenance.
• Report equipment issues and support troubleshooting to maximize reliability.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, yield, energy efficiency, and costs.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen activities.
• Track KPIs including output, downtime, yield, and rejects; prepare reports.
