Job summary

ADM Asia-Pacific Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor – Feed Mill to oversee daily feed manufacturing operations.

You will lead production teams, coordinate equipment and maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and production targets. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in feed mill operations, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and adherence to GMP/HACCP/ISO standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Engineering, Feed Technology, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in feed mill or animal feed manufacturing operations.
Previous supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred.
Good understanding of feed manufacturing processes and pelleting operations.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and feed safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise end-to-end feed manufacturing, including raw material receiving, grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, crumbling, and bagging.
Ensure production meets volume, quality, formulation, and delivery targets.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate production changeovers.
Lead and supervise production operators and support personnel.
Train employees on SOPs, equipment operation, feed safety, and housekeeping.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and waste.
