Job summary

Tech101 Technologies Inc. in Malabon City, Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Audit Team Lead to join our Accounting and External Audit division. This full-time role oversees audit engagements, mentors staff, and ensures delivery of high-quality services in line with ISA and local regulations.

You will manage client relationships, review working papers, and present findings to senior management and audit committees, driving improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading audit engagements and teams.
• Solid knowledge of ISA and local auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising audit teams on various client engagements.
• Planning, coordinating and executing external audit assignments per ISA and local regulations.
• Reviewing audit working papers, financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Managing client relationships and acting as primary point of contact for audit matters.
• Identifying audit findings, risks and internal control deficiencies.
• Mentoring and developing junior audit staff to enhance skills.
• Preparing comprehensive audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
