Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer registered with the PRC.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, construction supervision, and infrastructure development.
• Proven experience coordinating engineering and architectural teams.
• Knowledge of DPWH design standards, Building Code of the Philippines, and green building principles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent project management software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Negros Island Region and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare draft of Legal Opinion, Memoranda, advice, general agreements and contracts on matters referred for action relative to PSHS System activities.
• Provide legal research relative to policy formulation and guidelines for the institution.
• Assist in conducting trainings and workshops on legal matters.
• Assist in preparation of response to concerns/clarifications from government agencies and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of pleadings and other relevant documents required by courts or agencies exercising quasi-judicial functions
