Job summary

Pandr Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Revit Modeler to support technology systems across Australia, the Middle East, and other markets. You will translate engineering markups and Bluebeam documents into accurate, coordinated 3D Revit models, working directly with engineers and technicians.

The role requires 5+ years of Revit modelling experience in ELV projects (ICT, audiovisual, security) and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional Revit modelling experience, with strong capability in building services or technology systems.
Demonstrated project experience in ELV systems: ICT, Audiovisual, or Security systems.
Portfolio showing substantial building projects (Hospitals, Universities, High-rise buildings, Major hotels).
Experience in Australia, APAC, or the Middle East.
Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Revit models for ELV building systems (ICT, audiovisual, security).
Translate design markups and technical direction into accurate 3D models and drawings.
Coordinate Revit models with other building disciplines.
Identify and resolve modelling issues with the project team.
Communicate progress and technical constraints to engineers and technicians.
Participate in meetings and take ownership of modelling work.
Maintain model quality per project standards and workflows.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout modelling.
