Job summary

WSP Philippines is seeking a senior engineering leader to oversee the design, development and production of electrical systems for large-scale buildings. You will lead concept and detail design, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and manage projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, pricing and contract oversight, driving continuous improvement, and representing the company with lead countries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent; Master's/PhD desirable.
• Chartered engineer/registration in applicable jurisdiction.
• 10-12 years of experience with local and international standards.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and manage complex projects.
• Strong experience in design of electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure.
• Experience with BIM and digital tools in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept and detail design of electrical systems for buildings.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and contribute to performance reviews.
• Coordinate with lead countries and represent the company in industry bodies.
• Manage pricing, contracts, and financial performance of projects.
• Ensure adherence to PI and insurance considerations.
