Job summary

JR FOODS PTE. LTD. in the Philippines seeks a capable Lead Dishwasher to manage the dishwashing team across all meal periods and events. You will supervise workflow to ensure a continuous supply of clean plates, cutlery, pots and trays to the kitchen and service counters.

You will maintain all dishwashing and ware washing equipment, enforce hygiene protocols, train new staff, and support kitchen and FOH teams during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the dishwashing team across all meal periods and event setups
• Manage workflow to ensure a continuous supply of clean plates, cutlery, pots, and trays to the kitchen and service counters
• Maintain all dishwashing and ware washing equipment; report malfunctions promptly
• Oversee the correct dilution and use of cleaning chemicals in line with safety data sheets (SDS)
• Enforce hygiene protocols: correct temperatures for wash/rinse cycles, sanitizer use, and drying procedures
• Manage rubbish removal, grease trap monitoring, and general BOH cleanliness
• Train and onboard new dishwashers on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Maintain chemical inventories and liaise with suppliers for replenishment
• Conduct and record daily equipment temperature logs and cleaning checklists
• Support kitchen and FOH teams during peak periods and special events
