Mynt, the fintech behind GCash, is seeking a Data Analyst and Performance Lead in the Philippines to translate business and operational data into actionable insights, dashboards, reports, and performance recommendations.

You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, map and validate data, establish meaningful KPIs, analyze performance trends, and communicate findings to support day-to-day operations and strategic decisions.
