About the Role:

We are looking for a highly technical and strategic Lead Data Engineer to take ownership of our data integration and warehousing initiatives within the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) domain. You will lead a team of engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, serving as the primary architect for migrating source data from AWS S3 and Amazon Redshift into our Snowflake Data Warehouse.

What You Will Do

• Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and perform code reviews for a team of data engineers, driving best practices in ETL architecture and data governance.

• Pipeline Architecture: Design and orchestrate resilient, high-volume data integration pipelines using Talend Cloud (Data Integration, TMC, Job Servers).

• Data Warehousing: Architect dimensional models in Snowflake, managing compute warehouses, RBAC, and query optimization for high-performance analytics.

• Source Integration: Extract, transform, and load large datasets from legacy systems and primary AWS sources, specifically Amazon Redshift and AWS S3.

• QTC Data Modeling: Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and Sales teams to build data models that accurately reflect Quote-to-Cash processes (Pricing, CPQ, Order Management, and Billing).

• Advanced SQL Development: Write and tune complex SQL queries, procedures, and views to support business intelligence and downstream reporting SLAs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in Data Engineering, with at least 2+ years in a Lead, Principal, or architectural role managing technical deliverables.

• Talend Cloud Mastery: Proven hands-on experience building complex job orchestrations, parameterization, and error handling in Talend Cloud.

• Snowflake & AWS: Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture and strong proficiency in querying/extracting data from Amazon Redshift and managing AWS S3 storage.

• SQL Expert: Highly advanced SQL skills for data transformation, optimization, and bottleneck troubleshooting.

• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business logic and underlying data structures (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or similar CPQ/ERP systems).

• Plus Factors: Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins), Python automation, or modern orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
